In the context of Prototaph Interactive, the word is representative of our range of beginning-to-end marketing solutions. "Prototaph" is a neologism with etymology stemming from the Latin meanings for earliest (“proto”) and burial (“taph”). It originated in pulp science fiction literature: initially as the title of a 1966 Keith Laumer story, and then employed by author James Blish in his tale "More Light," first published in 1970.
It was a pleasure doing business with Prototaph Interactive: They are creative, attentive to detail, organized and great at communication. My occupany rates jumped dramatically after Prototaph Interactive launched my new Web site.
